Letter to G.I. Joe, The Great American Hero

Dear G.I. Joe,

I know who you are. Your a Soldier in the United States Marine Corps, a freedom fighter, and The Great American Hero. For years you have filled the toy boxes of young boys and girls literally all over the world. I always fascinated that I would be a United States Marine and wanted right next to you during formation, or receiving a metal for saving the day. I could never sleep unless I knew that you, G.I. Joe, The Great American Hero was under my pillow.

You where always there. You never left anyone in need. It seems that you where always the one to get the job done when there was not anyone to do it. If anyone needed anything G.I. Joe, you where the one who was there, waiting and poised to make things right for everyone involved.

I am writing you this letter G.I. Joe of the United States Marine Corps to tell you that your under attack. Attack from every direction. G.I. Joe there are people that want to change you. They want to change what your name ( G.I. Joe ) stands for. They want to say your from another country. Further these people want to say that your not a Soldier in the United States Marine Corps and say that your from some country in Europe and that your in a military there.

Here is who we know G.I. Joe, The Great American Hero as:
Mitchell Paige (August 31, 1918-November 15, 2003) was a recipient of the Medal of Honor from World War II. He received this most prestigious military honor awarded by the United States of America for his actions at the Battle of Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands on October 26, 1942, where, after all of the other Marines in his platoon were killed or wounded, he operated every operating machine gun that he seen, single handedly stopping two entire Japanese regiments.
G.I. Joe please tell all of the other Great American Heroes that are in the United States Marine Corps and The Great American Heroes that are in the other branches of The United States Military that I/we stand behind them and everything that they do.

Cubans For Democracy?

For the past few decades the United States Government had imposed tough embargoes and intensive pressure on the dictatorship of Cuba lead by Fidel Castro and his brother Raul Castro who had taken control of the power of Fidel Castro's dictatorship of Cuba while Fidel Castro recovered from illness and the major intestinal surgery that took place in July 2006. As the decades past, the Cuban population has stood from a distance to see that most of the world has left them behind in all parts of the meager Cuban society.

The people of Cuba are known all over the world as people with very good culture, the people of Cuba are also known to be very different from their dictator of Cuba, Fidel Castro. The people of Cuba have a chance for a significant opening of Cuban political and economic freedoms as the United States President, George W. Bush offers Cuba financial support if Cuba would change the dictatorship form of government to the democratic form of government and give the people of Cuba broad freedoms. With Fidel Castro, 81, in questionable health and keeping largely out of the public eye and the non stop United States and International pressure on Raul Castro, freedom for the Cuban people have never been closer to their grasps. Raul Castro has expressed willingness for open communications with the United States with some rhetorical rhetoric added about President Bush's Presidential Administration.

President Bush's said to Cuban military and government officials in a speech that was being carried to Cubans by TV Marti and the United States government supported radio:

"You've got to make a choice. Will you defend a disgraced and dying order by using force against your own people? Or will you embrace your people's desire for change?"

"The day is coming when the Cuban people will chart their own course for a better life, and have the freedom they have waited for so long."

President Bush also said the United States trade embargoes on Cuba would continue and be maintained and the Cuban government there used as a "scapegoat" for its harsh economic woes and lack of food and other consumer goods.

The United States government argues that relaxing the trade embargo would only serve to enrich the Cuban government's leaders and maintain their control over political and economic freedom.

The people of the United States are poised to open their hearts and pockets to the Cuban people when the time comes to have their freedoms returned to them.

President Bush takes trip to Iraq today.

President Bush surprises the world with another visit with the our military troops in Iraq. The United States troops in Iraq will have their moral raised a few notches by today's visit to Iraq by President George W. Bush. While the moral of the United States troops is boosted, the moral of insurgents is lowered as President George W. Bush returns to Iraq to visit with troops.

Although a year has past sence President George W. Bush has been to visit the troops in Iraq, President George W. Bush has always visited our troops, and has always treated our troops with the utmost respect by always thanking the troop of the United States Military for the wonderful jobs that they all have done and are doing. While the British media rips President George W. Bush's visit as some sort of political theatre, President George W. Bush has a great record of visiting the troops on the line of battle.

United States assessing Pakistan nukes should Musharraf fail to be re-elected
United States military intelligence officials are urgently assessing how secure the nuclear weapons in Pakistan would be in the event that President Gen. Pervez Musharraf is not re-elected as the nations leader.

Musharraf has been allied in the war on terror with the United States and other western countries. Musharraf has had his life threatened, and has had several attempted assassinations on his life.

Last week the Pakistan President fore-went a state of emergency that could have postponed the Pakistan Presidential election were Musharraf could retain his power. President Bush encouraged Musharraf to do the right thing and let the election proceed free and peaceful. As the world watches the presidential elections in Pakistan to pass, the United States military intelligence officials are on alert.

2008 Presidential Election Democratic Opponents Slap Obama

At the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars in Washington, D.C., billed as a major foreign policy address, 2008 Presidential Election Democratic hopeful Barack Obama said that if he is commander in chief he would remove troops from Iraq and put them "ON THE RIGHT BATTLEFIELD in Afghanistan and Pakistan."

He offered wrongful harsh words to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, who has been the target of assassination attempts for his efforts to aid the United States troops in finding and destroying terrorist havens in the northwestern region of his country.

Senate Democratic Leader Reid (D-Nev.) and Senate Republican Leader McConnell (R-Ky.) have announced that they have a deal to resurrect the S. 1348 Bush/Kennedy Comprehensive Amnesty Bill.

Several days of voting on amendments could start as early as next Tuesday.

That means that McConnell believes he has FLIPPED 15 of the 38 Republicans who voted NO on cloture on the bill a week ago. By producing 15 more Republican YES votes, McConnell could pass cloture which would end the filibuster and allow the amnesty to pass.

We do not yet know the identities of the FLIPPIN' FIFTEEN. It is quite possible that they will not divulge they have flipped back to a YES vote until that vote actually occurs.

We DO feel we have

The Senate amnesty-guestworker bill that's in its death throes doesn't deliver a solution. It only worsens the problem.

It suffers from fatal flaws. It deserved its public execution.

For example, politicians claim S. 1348 requires enforcement measures before the amnesty or guestworker programs go into effect -- the famed "triggers."

Alien lawbreakers are not only pardoned for their immigration lawbreaking, ID fraud and other offenses, they get rewarded with the object of their intention: keeping the job they came here to steal. They get their relatives with them.

What do the "triggers" require before opening the floodgates even wider to the hordes?

Second, a pittance of the border barriers and personnel needed to really secure the border. A 2,000 mile southern border, a recent law requiring 800 miles of fence, but a "trigger" for just 370 miles.

Th en there's the real point: The triggers involve process things, not results.

Other scam items? S. 1348 doesn't really end chain migration. It speeds it up, then continues it in the point system.

For a "comprehensive" bill, S. 1348 leaves out much. It doesn't put an end to anchor babies. It doesn't hold illegitimate employers accountable for hiring illegals.

This bill is typical Teddy Kennedy. Remember all that talk about "earned legalization" requiring payment of back taxes, learning English, and such?

President Bush recently chided conservatives and said to "read the bill." Well, I had read the bill and reread it. There's very little good about the Senate amnesty-guestworker bill.

Politicians are trying out the whopper that no legislation is really an amnesty. Nice try, jerks.

Anybody who thinks passing a bad bill is better than no bill is foolish enough to think S. 1348 is a good bill.
