A US court finds media tycoon Conrad Black guilty of fraud and of obstructing justice, but clears him of racketeering.

Jurors who convicted former media baron Conrad Black say the complicated corporate fraud case became easier to understand as prosecutors laid out their evidence, but there wasn't enough evidence to support some charges.

BBC Unfair Reporting On Alan Johnstons Abduction/Kidnapping

The BBC broadcast has been broadcasting the same report about Alan Johnston for the last two to three days saying that he appears to be abducted, they are not saying anything about the reports that Alan Johnston may have faked his kidnapping/abduction. This is selective reporting, and underhanded at that. The BBC is not reporting all sides of the story as they are not broadcast anything about this report.

Chief of the BBC`s Middle East Bureau Simon Wilson told The Jerusalem Post that there was no truth in any suggestion that Johnston abducted himself or colluded with Palestinian colleagues in the supposed kidnapping. "There is no truth in any suggestion that Alan Johnston may have staged his own kidnap, nor that the BBC was about to dismiss him," the BBC said in a statement.

The BBC has no choice but to deny this. They do not want to be discredited. The BBC broadcast has been broadcasting the same report about Alan Johnston for the last two to three days, they are not saying anything about the reports at all. BBC Discrediting Governments

Another red flag goes up when I hear that leading media personalities are signing a petition for the Alan Johnston. The BBC is in a campaign to discredit world governments and maybe using Mr. Johnstons' absence and his so call abduction in a ploy to make the BBC media seem more powerful than governments by getting this petition signed and secure the release of Alan Johnston.

This may seem a little far fetched, but when I know that the BBC media polls people everywhere to find out if they trust their government or the media more, I just see red flags, all red flags.

No More Mud For Wal-mart, Instead Advertise Them "Netwo

You may not know this but a while back, Sean Hannity, Rush and most other talk show hosts where all downing how Wal-mart had broke small town neighborhoods up by running (Mom And Pop Shops) out of business. Man I was on the band wagon with them. They made me hate Wal-Mart so bad, I quit using them. Later, (about 1 month) one day the mud was fling about Wal-mart out of the mouths of talk show hosts everywhere, but on the day after, they stopped and then all stations started advertising Wal-mart heavily.

You know, Sean Hannity always says the right thing. There is nothing wrong with that. When Sean Hannity talks only about what the other media talks about becauce it is the popular thing going on at that time instead of following more important issues that need broadcasted. All in all, Sean Hannity has a good show, only a few bugs.

BBC man 'staged own kidnapping'

Palestinian security forces are investigating the possibility that missing BBC correspondent Alan Johnston staged his own kidnapping, a newspaper reported yesterday.

According to London-based Arab language newspaper, Al-Hayat, Johnston staged his capture by Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip after he received a notice from his superiors that he would be fired in the near future. But in London, Johnston`s colleagues were preparing to gather in a show of support.
